Cancellation Policy
Cancelling your appointment in less than 24 hours will result in your card being charged 25% of the service booked or forfeiting your deposit.
Late arrival to your appointment is 15 minutes, this results in a no show. Your service will be cancelled and your Card will be charged as a no show 25%. Late arrival is less time for me to perform your service.
No showing to your appointment will result in 25% fee of the service booked. Not showing up to your appointment results in wasting my time. Not being able to squeeze anyone in as well as wasting products.
No shows will be blocked from my booking site and will not be able to book with me ever again. Please understand that cancelling and no showing negatively impacts my time and my small business.
